Is there a charge for Delivery?
Delivery is free; however, there is a minimum order for delivery of $20.  Orders of less than $20 will be charged the difference as a delivery fee.

Why do your pick-up prices vary from your delivery prices?
In order to offset the higher costs associated with bringing East Side Mario's to your door, such as current fuel prices; we need to charge differently for delivery.

What form of payment do you accept for Delivery?
We are pleased to accept payment in Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners/EnRoute and Gift Cards, in most of our locations.

Do you accept Debit on Delivery?
Unfortunately we do not accept Debit on Delivery at this time.  We are, however, planning to do so in the near future.

Do you accept Debit on Call Ahead Pick-Up?
Debit payment is accepted at most of our restaurants for Dine In and Pick Up orders.

How do I find out if there is delivery service available to my home?
Call 1.877.ESM.LALA (1.877.376.5252) and provide the agent with the telephone number and address where the order is to be delivered.  They will be able to tell you if there is delivery service available to that address.

Can I place my order for Pick-Up or Delivery On-line?
On-Line ordering is not available at this time.  However, we are currently upgrading our web site and On-Line Ordering is a priority.

Are kid’s meals available for Take Out or Delivery?
Yes!  We are pleased to offer the same great value to our “little buddies” at home, as they would receive if they were to visit us in the restaurant.

Do kid’s meals include a dessert and a toy?
Yes.  All our kids’ meals include a Rice Krispie square for dessert and a toy out of our toy chest.

Are “Kids Eat Free Mondays” available for Take Out or Delivery?
No, we’re sorry, “Kids Eat Free Mondays” are only available for dine-in meals.

I need to place a large party order for delivery.  How much lead time do you need to prepare it?
Whenever possible, we ask that party orders be placed a day ahead of time.  However, we would require a minimum of 2 hours to prepare any orders consisting of more than 20 entrées.

Who do I speak to if I have a concern about my order?
Call 1.877.ESM.LALA (1.877.376.5252) and ask to speak with Customer Service.
